1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing orders with JK Enterprise, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Export Services

JK Enterprise provides export sourcing, quality inspection, packaging, documentation, and shipping coordination services for international buyers. All services are subject to:

• Written confirmation via email or purchase order
• Payment terms agreed in advance
• Pakistan export regulations and destination country import regulations

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders require written confirmation with product specifications
• Standard payment: 30-50% advance, balance before shipment (TT/Wire Transfer)
• L/C at sight accepted for large orders
• Prices quoted are FOB Karachi unless otherwise stated
• Prices are valid for 14 days from quote date

4. Quality and Inspection

JK Enterprise conducts pre-shipment quality inspections on all orders. Buyers may appoint a third-party inspection agency at their own cost. Any quality claims must be made within 7 days of receiving goods with photographic evidence.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Lead times vary by product category (typically 15-45 days)
• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics factors
• Risk transfers to buyer upon FOB loading unless otherwise agreed
• JK Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance at destination

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for goods that do not match confirmed specifications. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. JK Enterprise will not accept returns for custom-made or personalized orders.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on jkenterprise.group including logos, images, and text is the property of JK Enterprise. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

JK Enterprise's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from export transactions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.
